New Delhi: Recently a meeting of Asian Martial Arts Games Committee was held online, in which it was unanimously decided to hold the 2022 Asian Martial Arts Games in Kathmandu-Nepal.

Nepal was entrusted with the task by the President of Asian Martial Arts Games Committee Master BK Bharat after the consent of Secretary General Master Nasrollah Kakavand and other national directors of the asian country.

Master Janak Raj Gautam, director of Nepal, promised to shoulder this responsibility and started preparations for holding the Asian Martial Arts Games in Kathmandu in the month of September or October, the final venue and dates to be announced soon.

In the Asian Martial Arts Games, Modern Kickboxing, Self-Defense and Mixed Martial Arts competitions are held alongside Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Martial Arts.
